Caleb Osoro

Caleb Osoro is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Certified Secretary and a Certified Professional Mediator. He wields experience in policy review and advisory in trade and public/private sector development; Dispute Resolution; Legal/Secretarial Audit; and Governance and Compliance. He has been involved in litigation, consultancies and advisory works in the trade, investment, land law, public-private partnerships (PPP), digital economy and development, infrastructure and governance.
He has gained experience in drafting and reviewing project and investment agreements, conducting legal and compliance checks, engaging key stakeholders in trade and investment policy development and advising clients on issues pertaining digital and sustainable development and data protection.
Osoro holds an LL.M in International Trade, Investment and Business Law from the University of the Western Cape, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Moi University. He is also a Certified Secretary with the Institute of Certified Secretaries and a Certified Professional Mediator with the Mediation Training Institute (East Africa). Further, he is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and East Africa Law Society where he serves in the Trade and Regional Integration Committee.
Bosire Bonyi

Bosire is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya practicing as such in the firm of G. B. Bosire and Advocates in Nairobi. He is a legal counsel to both local and international clients doing business or seeking to set up in Kenya. He has gained extensive experience in handling complex commercial transactions. Besides, he provides legal counsel in the finance sector ranging from secured and unsecured bank financing, tier two financing for financial institutions, trade finance, asset and invoice financing; to commercial paper and debt and equity capital markets.
His main areas of practice include dispute resolution, corporate- commercial law, tax advisory, legislative drafting and policy formulation. He has wide court room experience having successfully represented clients in high-stake contentious and complex suits in various areas of law.
Bosire hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Moi University. He is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya, East Africa Law Society.

Bridget has a vast experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting. Having worked in a multinational company for more than seven years, Bridget has handled numerous complex transactions and is the trusted financial analyst and adviser of leading local and multinational companies, private equity firms and development finance institutions with extensive business and investments in Africa.
Her clients range from private equity firms, investment and commercial banks, leading corporates, project developers and sponsors, Development Financing Institutions (DFIs), government, parastatals and high net worth individuals.
She is resourceful at Accflaw in giving qualified counsel and support in those areas. She is a Certified Public Accountant (K) with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), a Certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from Corporate Finance Institute, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management from Laikipia University.
